What ASHRAE Level 1 & 2 Means
Level 1 (Walk-through): A systematic visual inspection combined with utility bill analysis and basic measurements. Identifies major energy waste areas and quick wins. Ideal as a first step.
Level 2 (Energy Survey & Analysis): Detailed measurements and analysis of all energy-using systems. Multi-day continuous monitoring. Full report with capital and operational ECMs (Energy Conservation Measures), each with savings, cost, and payback period.

The site visit for a Power Diagnostic takes 1–2 days. A Comprehensive Energy Audit requires 2–3 days on site, plus we leave data logging equipment running for 48–72 hours for continuous load monitoring. The analysis and report preparation takes a further 7–14 days depending on complexity. The total engagement is typically 2–4 weeks from kick-off to final report delivery.
Minimal disruption. We schedule our site work to fit around your operations. We can work evenings, weekends, or in sections to avoid interrupting business. The monitoring equipment we install is non-invasive and does not affect your electrical systems. We'll agree a site access plan with your facility team before we start.
