1. Use of the Academy Website
The Academy website provides information about learning activities, Bootcamp registration and paid Toolkit resources. Users should provide accurate information when registering or making an enquiry and should use the website only for its intended purposes.
2. Bootcamp Registration and Participation
Registration for the advertised live Bootcamp is free. Confirmed dates, joining information and cohort instructions are shared with registered participants through email and the official WhatsApp group. Registration does not add a participant to a specific date until the relevant cohort information is communicated.
3. Attendance and Certificate Eligibility
To qualify for the Certificate of Completion, participants must attend both live sessions completely and submit the assigned task within the announced submission period. Registration alone does not qualify a participant for a certificate, and the Certificate of Completion is not described as a professional certification or accreditation.
4. Toolkit Purchase and Access
The Solar Design Engineer’s Toolkit is a paid digital resource. The current price, currency, package contents, licence information and purchase details are displayed on the Toolkit page and at the Payhip checkout before purchase.
5. Digital Product Delivery
Following successful payment, access to the Toolkit files is provided through the external checkout and delivery process. Users are responsible for providing accurate purchase information and maintaining access to the email account used for checkout.
6. Single-User Licence
The Toolkit and accompanying workbooks are provided for use by the original purchaser for personal learning and professional design work. The licence does not transfer ownership of the files or the underlying intellectual property.
7. Restrictions on Use
Toolkit files may not be redistributed, resold, republished, uploaded for shared access or supplied to another person without written permission from Dreamit Power Academy.
8. Educational Purpose and Professional Responsibility
Academy content supports engineering education and professional development. It does not replace applicable laws, codes, standards, utility requirements, manufacturer instructions or the judgement and responsibility of a competent professional.
9. Intellectual Property
Academy learning materials, Toolkit content, workbooks, worked cases and associated original website content remain the intellectual property of their respective owner. Permitted use is limited by the applicable participation or purchase terms.
10. External Services and Links
The Academy website uses or links to external services, including Google Apps Script, Payhip, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and externally hosted website resources. Use of those services is also subject to the applicable provider’s terms and availability.
11. Availability and Content Updates
Bootcamp dates, joining information and cohort-specific arrangements may change and are communicated to registered participants. The Academy may update website and learning information to keep it accurate or reflect changes to its services.
12. Responsibility and Service Limitations
Technical decisions, equipment selection, local approvals and application of Academy material to a specific project remain the responsibility of the person using the material. Availability of external checkout, messaging and communication services is controlled by their respective providers.
