The Bootcamp registration form collects the first name, last name, email address, country, profession and experience level entered by a participant. Email and WhatsApp enquiries contain the information a person chooses to provide.
2. How Submitted Information Is Used
Registration information is used to administer the applicable Bootcamp cohort, share joining information and learning updates, and manage attendance and assignment requirements connected with the Certificate of Completion. Direct enquiries are used to understand and respond to the message.
3. Services Used by the Academy Website
The Bootcamp form sends registration information to the Google Apps Script service used by the Academy. Toolkit purchases are completed through Payhip. WhatsApp and email services support programme and enquiry communications. The website also loads externally hosted fonts and, on the Bootcamp page, the Tom Select interface used for form selection fields.
These providers process information according to their own services and privacy practices.
4. Cookies and Measurement
Meta Pixel is used only on the Toolkit, Bootcamp and Thank You pages, and its network script is loaded only after a visitor explicitly accepts analytics. A visitor can decline analytics or reopen Cookie settings to change the stored choice.
Payhip and other external destinations may apply their own cookies, measurement and privacy practices when a visitor follows a link to their services.
5. Toolkit Payments
Toolkit checkout and payment are handled on Payhip. Dreamit Power Academy does not directly collect or store full payment-card details through this website. Purchase information is subject to the details shown on the Toolkit page, the Academy Terms of Service and the Payhip checkout.
6. Email and WhatsApp Communication
Registered participants may receive confirmed dates, live joining information, reminders, learning materials and assignment instructions through email and the official WhatsApp group. Participation in a WhatsApp group is also subject to the participant’s WhatsApp account settings and WhatsApp’s service practices.
7. Information Retention
No fixed retention period is stated. Information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to administer the relevant Academy activity, maintain applicable participation or purchase records, respond to enquiries and manage the Academy’s records.
8. Enquiries About Submitted Information
You may contact the Academy with a question about information you submitted or to request that inaccurate submitted information be reviewed.

The Academy website links to external services and websites, including Payhip, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. Their content and information-handling practices are controlled by their respective providers.
